Free

We deliver your flowers directly to your venue at an agreed time and collect them after your celebrations, free of charge within 15 miles of Cardigan.

Getting married further afield? Delivery and collection beyond 15 miles is available by arrangement. Just ask for a quote.

We provide delivery and collection only. Unpacking and positioning the arrangements, assembling the arch (with our instructions), moving flowers between spaces, and packing everything ready for collection are arranged by you or your venue team. Please make sure someone is there to receive the flowers.

The same price whichever option you choose. All hire payments are completed 30 days before your wedding.

A separate refundable deposit is paid with your final balance (30 days before your wedding) and returned within 7 working days of collection, once everything has been checked.

Frequently asked questions

Are the flowers real?

No. They're premium artificial flowers, carefully chosen for a realistic look and feel. You get the beauty of fresh flowers with no wilting, no pollen and no worries about the weather.

How much is the deposit to book?

25% of the hire price secures your date and goes towards your total, e.g. £150 for the Complete Collection at launch price. Separately, a refundable damage deposit (£50 Bridal, £150 Ceremony, £200 Complete) is paid with your final balance.

Can we pay in instalments?

Yes. After the 25% booking payment you can spread the balance across interest-free monthly payments, with no extra charge. Everything must be paid 30 days before your wedding.

How far do you deliver?

Delivery and collection are free within 15 miles of Cardigan. For venues further away we're happy to arrange delivery for a quoted fee. Just include your venue when you enquire.

What if something gets damaged?

Weddings are busy, and normal wear and tear is expected. If anything is missing or damaged beyond normal wear, reasonable repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your damage deposit. We'll always explain any deduction, and the balance is returned within 7 working days of collection and inspection.

Can we change the colours or add more flowers?

Yes. Additional colours, flower varieties and extra pieces can be arranged at an additional fee, subject to availability. Tell us your ideas on the enquiry form.

Do you set the flowers up?

We deliver to and collect from your venue. Placing the arrangements and putting together the arch on the day is done by you, your helpers or your venue team, and we'll give clear instructions.

When is my booking confirmed?

Once you've signed your hire agreement, your 25% booking payment has been received and we've sent you written confirmation. Until then we can't guarantee your date.

What if we need to postpone or cancel?

If you postpone, we'll do our best to move your booking to your new date, subject to availability. If you need to cancel, just let us know by email. Any cancellation charge will be fair and reflect our genuine losses, and your full terms are set out in your hire agreement.

Can the flowers be used outdoors?

Outdoor use needs to be agreed with us in advance and depends on suitable weather and ground conditions. Please also keep the flowers away from candles, heaters and other heat sources.

Does the launch price apply to 2027 and 2028 weddings?

Yes. Launch prices apply to any booking confirmed by 31 December 2026, whatever your wedding date.
