A plain-English summary of how hiring your wedding flowers with us works.

Please note: this page is a summary. Before you book, we'll send you our full Wedding Flower Hire Agreement. If anything on this page differs from your signed agreement, the agreement takes precedence.

Prices
Launch prices
For bookings confirmed by 31 December 2026, whatever your wedding date:

Standard prices apply to bookings confirmed from 1 January 2027. The price that applies is the one in force on the date your booking is confirmed.
Extras and custom colours: additional colours, flower varieties and extra pieces can be arranged at an additional fee, subject to availability. We'll quote for these before you book.
Booking and payments
- A booking payment of 25% of the hire price secures your date and counts towards your total (at launch prices: £37.50 Bridal, £75 Ceremony, £150 Complete).
- The balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
- You can pay in full when you book, pay the balance in one go, or spread it across interest-free monthly instalments. There's no surcharge: the price is the same whichever option you choose.
- All hire payments must be completed 30 days before your wedding.
When your booking is confirmed
Your booking is confirmed only once all three of these have happened:
- you've signed your Wedding Flower Hire Agreement;
- we've received your 25% booking payment; and
- we've confirmed your booking to you in writing.
Sending an enquiry form doesn't reserve your date or commit you to anything.
Refundable damage deposit
A separate, refundable damage deposit is paid with your final balance, 30 days before your wedding:

Your deposit is refunded within 7 working days of collection, once everything has been checked. Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged. If anything is missing or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, reasonable repair or replacement costs may be deducted, and we'll always explain any deduction.
Delivery, collection and set-up
- Free delivery and collection within 15 miles of Cardigan. Beyond 15 miles, delivery and collection are available by arrangement, and we'll quote for this before you book.
- We deliver to your venue at an agreed time and collect afterwards. Please make sure someone is there to receive the flowers and that we have access to the venue at the agreed times.
- You or your venue set up. Unpacking and positioning the arrangements, assembling the arch (using our instructions), moving flowers between spaces and packing everything ready for collection are done by you, your helpers or your venue team.
Looking after the flowers
- All flowers, stands, frames and fittings remain our property and are hired to you for your wedding.
- The arch and tall arrangements shouldn't be moved or taken apart by guests.
- Outdoor use must be agreed with us in advance and depends on suitable weather and ground conditions.
- Please keep the flowers away from candles, heaters and other heat sources.
Postponing or cancelling
If you need to postpone, we'll do our best to move your booking to your new date, subject to availability. If you need to cancel, please let us know by email. Any cancellation charge will be fair and reflect our genuine losses. The full terms are set out in your Wedding Flower Hire Agreement, and nothing in our terms affects your statutory rights.
